Established in the year of 2008. Smart Laboratories had a humble beginning under the able leadership of Mr. Nitesh Tala (Chairman & Managing Director) with a vision to walk an uncharted path in the field of pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
He had an option to start the trade with conventional methods, but he chose to become individual creator and create their own unique way of functioning. This was a very tough choice as the road towards success and achievements was very long and full of difficulties and risks. He still decided to choose the second option because the only thought he had in his mind was to become a creator and not a follower.
Company started from a very small level of just having 13 products at the time of initial days and currently have a huge variety of more than 150 products. At the initial stage struggled to even have 2000 retailers in the city but now company reached a landmark of having more than 500000 retailers across India.
Talking about the basic ethics of the brand the very first thing that comes up is “GUNVATTA” that stands for the quality of product. Company completely believes that Quality is the root of success. The second ethic which the organisation believes in is “Customer Satisfaction”. The organisation preaches the idea of “if you take care of your customers then only your customer will take care of you”.
